How do I sign up?

Click the "SIGN UP" button above and enter your email address. This step is to confirm your email address before signing you up. You will be sent a link allowing you to sign up to any of our plans.

Can I switch between plans?

You can switch between plans as often as you like however once you upgrade from the "Demo" plan you will not be able to "downgrade" to that plan again. Any unused time from your existing plan is prorated as a credit to your account if applicable.

What demographic information is included?

Our paid plans include the ability to customize and create your own demographic information by either uploading your own data or utilising our library of over 200 ABS measures. All plans include the following basic demographic information.

• Population
• Dwellings
• High income households
• Business Counts

We are constantly improving the information included with Territory Guru so please contact support if there is some particular information you would like to see included.

What payment methods can I use?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Your card will be charged automatically on your plan's anniversary date unless you explicitly set your subscription to expire at the end of the subscription period.

Is there a minimum commitment period?

The minimum commitment period is the length of your subscription. i.e. one year for the annual plan and one month for the monthly plan.

Will I be able to import my existing territory designs?

Yes. All our paid plans include our territory design import tool. This tool will guide you through the process. Please see here for more information on required import file formats.

Will I be able to print my territory designs?

Yes. All our paid plans include high resolution PDF map generation. These PDF maps are suitable for printing up to A0 in size. See sample.
